Are We Blue? LUMCON Observes "Wear Blue for Oceans" Day

January 13, 2010 marks the country's first "Wear Blue for Oceans Day,"  sponsored by "WearBlueForOceans.org,"  an organization of citizens and conservationists across the nation who support President Obama’s intent to establish a comprehensive National Policy that protects, maintains, and restores our oceans, coasts, and Great Lakes.
The organization asked that citizens wear blue to show their support for the new policies.  Several LUMCON employees (only 11 were willing to pose for the picture) wore blue in observance of "Wear Blue for Oceans" Day.
