Application
All forms required to apply for the LUMCON University Summer Program are available in a portable document format (PDF) to be printed, completed and returned by mail to LUMCON. If you have trouble downloading any of the forms, please contact the
University
Education Coordinator to receive a hard copy of application materials by mail.

Registration
Registration for LUMCON's summer courses is a two-part process:
1) Students must submit completed application forms to LUMCON. Students will be  notified of whether they are accepted to the program after
review of their application  materials.
2) After officially being accepted into a course, students must register at one of  LUMCON's participating Universities to receive academic credit. Please contact the
 University Education Coordinator for information.
Students not currently enrolled in a participating institution should contact the
University Education Coordinator for assistance. Individuals who do not want to receive academic credit for a course may register with LUMCON as workshop participants.
