| LUMCON Technical Support Services is offered to users of the R/V Pelican. Funding for the Pelican and LUMCON Technical Services is provided for the most part though non-NSF funding agencies. The ships day rate includes basic technical services and 1 technician for a 12 hour shift per day when the vessel is at sea. All scientific equipment from the pool of shared use equipment is available for scientists using the ship and depending upon availability.
